Terms of use

These terms cover your use of TraderPacks, run by [legal entity and address, to be confirmed]. By signing in or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use TraderPacks.

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You must not live in, or use the site from, a country where it is not allowed. [List of countries to be confirmed.]
• You must not be on a sanctions list.
• One person, one account. Do not use several accounts to get around limits such as the per-wave pack limit.

You sign in by signing a message with a Solana wallet. Whoever controls that wallet controls your account, so keep it safe. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and we cannot recover a lost wallet.

You can choose a username. We may change or remove usernames that impersonate others, are offensive or break these terms.

Cards and packs are records in the TraderPacks database. They are not NFTs, crypto tokens or securities, and they cannot be moved off TraderPacks. Owning one gives you the right to hold, open, sell and display it on TraderPacks under these terms. It gives you no rights in the trader, their name or any other intellectual property.

Pack contents are fixed when a set is printed. We publish the odds, the supply and a fingerprint of every pack before sales start. After opening, you can check your pack on its proof page.

We do not promise that any card or pack will keep a value or find a buyer.

Ratings are our own calculation from public Pump.fun trading data and update every 72 hours. They are an opinion for a game, not a statement about any person or advice about any token. Data can be late or wrong. We may delay a Ratings Day, and we may correct a mistake, including after a reveal.

• When you deposit, you send tokens to the TraderPacks treasury and we hold them for you. Your balance is recorded in our ledger. This is custodial: you rely on us to keep and return your tokens.
• Deposits are credited once Solana finalizes the transfer. Tokens sent from another wallet, without the account note, or of the wrong kind may need manual review and may not be recoverable.
• Withdrawals go only to the wallet you signed in with. We may set daily limits and review larger withdrawals before sending.
• Pack prices are set in US dollars and charged in our token at its 30-minute average price. A purchase is refused if the current price is more than 15% away from that average.
• Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. We are not responsible for delays or failures of the Solana network or of your wallet.

The seller pays a 5% fee on each marketplace sale, taken from the sale price. Listing, cancelling and making offers are free. We will announce fee changes in advance, and a change never applies to a sale that has already happened.

• Do not trade with yourself or with accounts you control to fake prices or volume.
• Do not use bots or scripts to buy packs during a wave or to overload the site.
• Do not exploit bugs. Tell us about them instead.
• TraderPacks staff do not trade cards or packs.

Trading pauses from 14:55 to 15:10 UTC on each Ratings Day. We may also pause the market, pack sales or withdrawals at any time to fix a problem or protect users.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law. [What happens to a suspended account's balance and items, to be confirmed.]

Trader pages use public wallet activity. A trader can claim their page or ask to be removed by signing with their wallet on their trader page. Removal requests are handled as described in the privacy policy.

TraderPacks is a game with collectibles. Nothing on the site is financial, investment or tax advice. The service is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to [amount, to be confirmed]. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
